Customers must share clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product when requesting a return.
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
  • Used, washed, or damaged products (not caused during transit)

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
